Introduction
Electrophoresis zinc die casting parts was made for one of our Italian customers. The product is used for furniture. The material that used for zinc die casting furniture parts is zamak #3 (ASTM AG40A) (also known as Zinc Alloy No. 3), which is the most widely used zinc alloy in die casting process and is usually the first choice for zinc die casting for many reasons. Package
Zinc die casting furniture parts is packed in bubble bag firstly, then use carton to pack each bubble bag. Finally, we use pallet to pack total cartons. Because of its plating surface finish, the surface will not be destroyed easily. The storage conditions should preferably be a sheltered environment with limited temperature variations and low humidity levels.

Transportation
Zamak #3 alloy die casting parts is sent by sea transport, and it is much cheaper than others, the disadvantage is it has long delivery time. If we just sent some samples to customer to check, we suggest to use express, which is more fast. If the cargo is big and heavy, we suggest to choose air transport or sea transport. The air transport is more fast than sea transport, but the cost much higher than sea transport.
We will choose suitable package to each product. We can pack the cargo according to customers requirement if customers have their demand, . We can also help customers to consult the freight cost with our forwarder, then the customers can compare the price with their forwarders.

Zinc alloy: The alloying elements often added are aluminum, copper, magnesium, cadmium, lead, titanium and other low-temperature zinc alloys. 3. Process:
The melting temperature of the two alloys is different during processing. The temperature of zinc alloy is more than 400 degrees, and that of aluminum alloy is more than 700 degrees.
The processing equipment is different, although they are all called die-casting machines, they are not universal at all.

4. Mechanical properties:
Zinc alloy hardness 65-140, tensile strength 260-440.
Aluminum alloy hardness 45-90, tensile strength 120-290.
The overall zinc alloy has higher hardness and higher tensile strength than aluminum alloy.
3. Q: What is the difference between electrophoresis and powder coating?
A:
----Principle
Powder coating zinc die casting parts: The plastic powder is charged through a high-voltage electrostatic device, and the paint is sprayed on the surface of the parts under the action of an electric field. The powder will be uniformly absorbed on the surface of the parts to form a powder coating; and the powder coating undergoes high temperature After baking, it will be leveled and solidified, and the plastic particles will melt into a dense final protective coating with different effects; firmly adhere to the surface of the parts.
