Features

With DM32 material, our aluminum auto body parts have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high flexibility. Compared with ordinary die-cast aluminum material, its fluidity is slightly worse and the melting temperature is higher. 1. Q: Can I make anodizing for aluminum alloy?

A: In general, aluminum alloy can’t make anodizing surface finish, and only pure aluminum can make anodizing. The customer want to make anodizing to this electronic cover, so we suggest them to use DM32, which is the aluminum alloy can make all kind of color by anodizing.The electronic cover also have many places need to be machined after die casting. We also have our own machining center to make machining for the product.

2. Q: What is the feature of anodizing?

A: The process in which aluminum or aluminum alloy products are used as anodes, placed in an electrolyte solution for energization, and an aluminum oxide film is formed on the surface by electrolysis, is called anodizing of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
