High quality aluminum motorcycle parts is used for motorcycle system, and designed by one of our Korean customers. Aluminum motorcycle head parts is made by die casting process, which is the process of unifying pressure, speed and time by using three major elements: machine, mold and alloy.
Features
With die casting process, our aluminum motorcycle head parts have less cutting and no cutting, which has developed rapidly in modern metal processing technology. We fill the aluminum molten metal into a mold under high pressure and high speed, and crystallized and solidified under high pressure to form a casting motorcycle head parts. High pressure and high speed are the main characteristics of die casting motorcycle head parts. The commonly used pressure for our parts is tens of megapascals, and the filling speed (inner gate speed) is about 16 to 80 meters per second. The time for aluminum molten metal to fill the mold cavity is extremely short, about 0.01 to 0.2 seconds.

Package
Aluminum motorcycle head light parts are packed by bubble bag, carton, pallet, because the quantity that customer need is too large. Then we load the pallet of aluminum motorcycle head lamp parts to the container by sea transport.

A:. Product: 30% deposit and 70% against B/L copy or before shipping.
Mould: 50% deposit and 50% after sample confirmation.
3. Q: What is the delivery time for mold and product?
A: The delivery time of mold and product is based on the dimension of mold and product, and the quantity that customers need. In general, it need to take 25-30 days to make a normal mold.
4. Q: What is the application of die casting in motorcycle?
A: Because the die casting process has advantage of high precision, high hardness and high quality, most of motorcycle companies will choose to make the parts by die casting. Such as head parts, body parts, rear parts, light housing parts or other small parts.
