Our Company
In 2008, Mr. Zhou founded Ningbo ChaoXing Moulding Factory in a small warehouse in Ningbo, and started to manufacture die casting molds and products for Chinese companies.
In 2010, ChaoXing factory moved to new plant in Ningbo, where the new area is about 2000 m².
In 2016, Mr. Zhou founded Ningbo Free Trade Zone Quanxing Moulding Co.,Ltd. The new company has import and export rights, and mainly do business with foreign companies and Chinese trading companies.
Up to now, Quanxing become a professional manufacturer in die casting field, and also can manufacture extrusion, gravity casting, sand casting, low pressure die casting, cnc machining, plastic injection according to customers’ design. Quanxing is also a good member of Alibaba and get ISO and SGS certificates in quality, and attended lots of fairs in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Germany, UK, etc. The proportion of exports can reach 90%.
Our Service
1. Sign NDA: We can sign NDA with customers before customers send the drawings to us. In this way, we will not show their products to other customers in website and fair. And we will not sell their customized products to others.
2. Make cnc samples: Before making the mold, we can make cnc samples according to customers present design by our own cnc machining workroom. Then, we will send the samples to customers to check their design feasibility.
3. Send samples to check quality: We can send some of our own samples that is similar with customers to check the quality at first.
4. Receive customers to visit factory: If customers need to visit our factory, we can help to arrange the visit and receive them.
5. Make 3D drawing of mold: Before making the mold, we will make 3D drawing of the mold to customers. After customers’ confirmation, we will start to make the mold.
6. Make mold flow analysis: We can make mold flow analysis to customers to check, and give feasible suggestion for the design.
7. Make control plan for mold and product : We can make the mold and product control plan for customers products.
8. Send free samples: We will send some free samples to customers to check at first after the mold is finished. After customers confirmation, then we will start to make the mass production according to the samples that confirmed before.
9. Make product quality test report: We can make and send the product quality test report to customer after the products are finished.
10. Choose package and forwarder: We will choose suitable package to each product. If customers have their own requirement, we can also pack the cargo according to customers own demand. We can also help customers to consult the freight cost of the cargo with our forwarder, so the customers can compare the price with their own forwarders.
11. Replenishment or refund of defective products: If customers receive the products with quality problem, they can apply to us for replenishment in the future order or refund the money.
12. Customer member and member point system: We will record each orders of the customers, and customers will get their own point according to their annual order amounts. The points can be money for their next orders.
