Overview
Aluminium handle furniture part for door and window was made for our Turkey customer. The material for our parts is AlSi9Cu3. We also make brown and gray color powder coating on the surface of the product, which is also the electrostatic powder spray coating we often talk about. We can also make different color on our products according to customers own demand. Our aluminum furniture handle parts is often used in the fields of light industry and home decoration.
Features

Package and Transportation
When we send the samples of aluminum door handle furniture part to our Turkey customer after finish of mold, we just pick the samples by bubble bag and carton, and send by express. After the mass production, because the volume is too big and weight is too heavy, so we choose pallet to pack several cartons, and load it to container.

FAQ
1. Q: Why choose die casting process?
A: 1.High material utilization rate. Due to the high precision of die-casting parts, they can be assembled and used only after a small amount of machining, and some die-casting parts can be directly assembled and used. The material utilization rate is about 60%-80%, and the blank utilization rate reaches 90%.
2.High production efficiency. Due to the high-speed filling, the filling time is short, the metal industry solidifies rapidly, and the die-casting operation cycle speed is fast. Among various casting processes, the die casting method has the highest productivity and is suitable for mass production.
2. What is the difference between powder coating and painting
A:
1. Powder coating is dry, but the painting is wet.
2. Powder coating is a little more complicated, but the quality is better, and the service life is much longer than that of the sprayed semi-finished products. The surface adhesion is strong, not easy to burn, and can protect the metal surface for a long time.
3. Powder coating is safer and more environmentally friendly. The paint contains a certain amount of organic solvents, which are easily volatile in the air and produce exhaust gas. The environmental protection is poor, and the fire risk is higher than that of plastic spraying.
4. The leveling of painting is better than powder coating. The solvents, additives, and the molecular structure of resins used in spray paint are all very helpful to leveling. The powder coating not have an orange pattern effect.
5. Painting can be repaired, but powder coating cannot. In the process of painting, pitting or scratches caused by excessive air film can be repaired at any time, because the paint has a recoating function.
6. The flexibility (bending) of painting is better than powder coating.
7. The decoration of painting is relatively rich. The appearance color of painting is dozens of times more than powder coating, and the same material can be made into different effects. For example, plastic, wood, paper, cloth, leather and other non-metallic materials can be made into aluminum effect.
