We have 8 sets aluminum die casting machines .
It is 1 set 1250 TON, 1 set 800 TON, 2 sets 500 TON ,4 sets 280 TON .
CNC machines :13 sets Sandblasting machines : 3 sets
Other Machines : Tapping machines ,Polishing Machines ,Hole-punching machines etc .
We use 3D software ,like PRO-E, SOLIDWORKS, UG.
Making die casting parts & moulds as customer design or sample .

Packing&Transportation:
As for packaging, we will use bubble bags to protect each product. Several products are packed in a two-layer carton.If you need to transport your goods by sea, we will make you a fumigation-free wooden pallet to hold your goods.If your goods are easy to be damaged, we will add a clapboard to each carton, so that each product is placed separately and not easily damaged.

We usually send samples by express(Door to door), such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS and so on.
Batch goods shipments can be shipped by sea or by air or by land.

Q:Where is your factory?
A:Our factory located in Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province, China, which is the hometown of mould in China.
Q: How to order?
A:First, Customers could send us your samples or drawings, such as PDF and 3D drawing (STEP or STP format).
Second, Our engineers will check the drawing carefully and then provide you a good price.
Third, If you accept, we will send proforma invoice to you for confirmation.
Q:What other services do you offer?
A:
1.We can provide CNC machining samples to our customers for checking the design.
2. We can make 3D mold drawing to our customers for checking.
3. We can do moldflow for our customers.
Q: Your price is very high and I can get lower price from other supplier.
A:First, You can always get some lower price from some suppliers in China. There is no lowest price in China at all. There is only much lower price one by one.
We can also provide you with cheap molds and products.But quality is not guaranteed.Cheap mold in the process of production will appear a variety of problems, the service life is very short, may require frequent maintenance.
There will also be a variety of problems with the products produced by such a mold.The product may have many air holes or cracks.
What you will get is what you paid for.
