Sand nickel is also known as pearl nickel, wrought nickel and pitted nickel. This process has only been developed in recent years. The products electroplated by this process are non-reflective, and produce slow reflection when direct light is directed, not dazzling, and feel smooth and comfortable, and no fingerprints.

Various colors of metal can be plated on the sand nickel, the common ones are chrome, gold, silver, gun color, imitation gold, etc, to make it more decorative. Coating the above our aluminum die casting hooks with electrophoretic paint desert to obtain a smooth and bright direct-view appearance, and a fine sand-like appearance through the paint film, which has a better effect.

(4) Final inspection : doing random inspection after products packed .

Packing&Transportation:

As for packaging, we will use bubble bags to protect each product. Several products are packed in a two-layer carton.If you need to transport your goods by sea, we will make you a fumigation-free wooden pallet to hold your goods.If your goods are easy to be damaged, we will add a clapboard to each carton, so that each product is placed separately and not easily damaged.

We support EXW, FOB, CIF and so on.

We usually send samples by express(Door to door), such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS and so on.

Batch goods shipments can be shipped by sea or by air or by land.

According to the customer's needs.

1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

2. How can I get some samples?

We can make CNC machining samples for you to check the design.

We will provide 5~6 pcs free samples after the mold is finished.

3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?

Yes, we can make casting according to your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D drawings, like stp, step, igs formats. If the 3D drawings can be supplied, the development of the tooling can be more efficient. But without 3D, based on 2D drawing we can still make the samples properly approved,if we know the weight of this product.

4. Can you make casting based on our samples?

Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples.

Then we can make drawings for tooling making.

5. What is the delivery time of mold & products?

Generally, the mold will be finish about 30 working days.

The delivery time of products is according to the QTY.
