Introduction

The surface finish of this aluminum die casting sand blasting parts is sand blasting, which can make product look much better and protect the surface of the products.

Features

Die casting process can make this motor part has high precision, which is often used in automobile accessory. The material that we used for this motor part is AlSi10Mg, which is also named aluminum ZL104, which strength is higher than ZL101, ZL102 and other alloys. With this material, the aluminium die casting motor parts have good casting properties, no hot cracking tendency, high air tightness, and small linear shrinkage. But the tendency to form pinholes is greater and the melting process is more complicated. The aluminium die casting motor box has good corrosion resistance, general machinability and weldability. Our customer need the Cu content is below 1%, For this AlSi10Mg, the Cu content is below 0.3%, which is suit for our customer’s demand.

We will have 4 times quality inspection for production:

1. Material incoming control : We ask our material supplier make material test report and checked.

2. Inline inspection : we will make random inspection during production.

3. 100% inspection : making 100% inspection before packing.

4. Final inspection : doing random inspection after products packed.

Package

Aluminium die casting motor parts is packed in bubble bag at first for each piece, then use carton. We use pallet to pack total cartons. The storage conditions should preferably be a sheltered environment with limited temperature variations and low humidity levels. Because some places of the products need keep precision dimensions, so when we use the product, we should handle with care.

Transportation

Aluminium die casting motor box is sent by sea transport, which is much cheaper, but has long delivery time. If we just sent some samples to customer to check, we will choose express, which is more fast than others. If the cargo is large, we will choose air transport or sea transport. The air transport is more fast than sea transport, but the freight cost much high than sea transport.

We will choose suitable package to each product. If customers have their own requirement, we can also pack the cargo according to customers own demand. We can also help customers to consult the freight cost of the cargo with our forwarder, so the customers can compare the price with their own forwarders.
