Introduction
Aluminum die casting engine cover is manufactured by one of our Belgium customers, which is the engine part for the car. The material that we used for aluminum high pressure car parts is A380, for which is the most common special aluminum alloy. The surface finish for aluminum die casting car part is sand blasting.

The production control in our factory as below :
a. Incoming material control;
b. Routing inspection every 2 hours;
c. 100% inspection before packing;
d. Casual inspection after packed;
e. Some customers ask third-party company to do the final inspection before shipping;
The testing tools in our factory as below:
a. Basic testing tools: callipers, go-no go fixed gauges;
b. Three coordinate detector.
We mainly make products as customer's design and testing the parts based on their drawing and required. If they have special requirements about tolerances or others , they marks them on the drawings. Specially for the critical functional dimensions .
Package
Because the A380 aluminum die casting parts is so large, so we pack them by customized pallet directly, we also put board between each piece in case of damaged in the shipment.
