Overview
One of our Russian customer design this aluminum die casting machine parts in 2019. We mainly make mold of this aluminium die casting machine to our customers, we make one batch product and sent them with mold. The mold of this high precision aluminium die casting parts is die casting mold, which is high pressure craft. The material for our products is Aluminum ADC12. The surface finish for this product is sand blasting.
Features
The aluminum die casting machine that made by die casting mold can have complex shapes, clear contours and thin-walled deep cavities. Because molten metal maintains high fluidity under high pressure and high speed, it is possible to obtain aluminum die casting machine that are difficult to process by other processing methods.The dimensional accuracy of die-casting machine parts are high, up to IT11-13, sometimes up to IT9, the surface roughness reaches Ra0.8-3.2um, and the interchangeability is good. It is easy to set a positioning mechanism on the die-casting mold to facilitate insert casting of inserts and meet the local special performance requirements of die-casting parts. So it is easy to use inserts.

Quanxing can help customers design the mold drawing before making mold. Then Quanxing will send mold 3D drawing to customers for confirmation.
