Aluminum solar street light housing is used on outdoor for our Mexican customer, which is made by aluminum alloy ADC 12. Aluminium die-cast garden solar lamp housing has sand blasting surface finish. It is the most important accessories for whole street light. The material that we made for our aluminum solar light housing is aluminum ADC 12.

Factory area is around 3000m2. We have about 80 workers.

Quanxing has 8 sets die casting machine from 180 Ton to 1250 Ton, 13 sets cnc machines, 4 sets polishing machines, 12 sets drilling & threading machines, 8 sets deburring machines, 3 sets sandblasting machines, 2 sets grinding machines, and other machines such as mold balance machine, milling machines etc.

Surface treatment is to clean, sweep, deburr, degrease and deoxidize the surface of the products.
