Introduction

Features
The material that we used for aluminum die casting enclosure is aluminum alloy AlSi12Cu1(Fe), which is a aluminum-silicon-copper alloy. Aluminum die casting enclosure has good casting performance, high flowability, small line shrinkage, high air tightness, but it is easy to form concentrated shrinkage cavities, and has a greater tendency to get gas; it can be strengthened by heat treatment, It has high mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature; high thermal conductivity, good heat resistance, but poor machinability.

Aluminum die casting painting parts is sent by sea transport. We pack one set with lid and body together, and use bubble bag pack one set respectively.
