Introduction
We made zinc die casting products for one of our Polish customers. Our zinc die casting alloys are used for electrical components. The material for these zinc die casting parts is zamak #5, which has good fluidity and good mechanical properties. The surface finish for zinc die casting parts is plating, for which the zinc die casting process parts can be well protected.
Features
Our products can used in castings that have certain requirements for mechanical strength, such as auto parts, electromechanical parts, mechanical parts, and electrical components. With plating surface treatment, our products can be prevented from metal oxidation ( Such as rust), improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectivity, corrosion resistance (copper sulfate, etc.) and enhance aesthetics.

Package
Zinc die casting accessories are packed by pallet because the quantity that customer need is too large. Then we load the pallet of the zinc die casting fittings to the container by sea transport.

Transportation

1. Send samples to check quality: We can send some of our own samples that is similar with customers to check the quality at first.
2. Receive customers to visit factory: If customers need to visit our factory, we can help to arrange the visit and receive them.
3. Make 3D drawing of mold: Before making the mold, we will make 3D drawing of the mold to customers. After customers’ confirmation, we will start to make the mold.
4. Customer member and member point system: We will record each orders of the customers, and customers will get their own point according to their annual order amounts. The points can be money for their next orders. Top VIP customers can get our Chinese special gift and nice VCR or CD about the production of their products, for which the customers can show to their own customers for promotion.
